Simple To Use And Seem To Work
I’m always looking for ways to help me fall (and stay) asleep and I discovered sleep patches about a year ago. You put them directly onto the skin and their sleep-promoting substances release slowly into the bloodstream.I’ve tried a few patches and these have the strongest adhesive backing despite being the thinnest. Others shifted in the night, but these patches stayed put.They contain melatonin, are hypoallergenic and are simple to use. I put on a patch an hour before bed and I seem to fall asleep quicker. Plus, the quality of my sleep has improved. I believe in the placebo effect so it could be that. But I’m enjoying having better sleep and am happy to continue using them.

Stay on all night
These stay on all night and don’t slip (others I have tried have either fallen off or slipped). They come off easily and don’t leave a lot of residue. The bit that is left comes off easily with a wash cloth.
