Best wool shirt
Hubby loves it so much I got him two more. Very soft, good quality, didn’t shrink in the wash. He’s a medium, but I got him a large so he can use it as a loose pajama top.

Amazing odor control; excellent fit; great color selection; perfect for cool to moderate temps.
I love these shirts for cool to moderate weather. The color selection is good. The material is like magic when it comes to odor control; the shirts can be worn repeatedly. The sizing and cut work exceptionally well for me (5'11, slender build). Ideal shirts for travel.

Warm
Very comfortable and warm. Took it to Mammoth and stayed warm. Good base layer. Only 4 stars, due to have to hand wash it and air dry.

Excellent travel crew neck shirt
I have worn merino for the past 30 years. Owned LJs, socks, hoodies, hiking shirts, etc.. Owned Icebreaker, Smartwood, Wool & Price and several New Zealand private labels. Merino.tech is one of the best I have owned. Bought the crew neck long sleeve in 190 weight. Sweet! I have 35 inch arms and am 6'3" weighing 175lbs. Purchase the Large. Be Aware that the cut is athletic -- more like skin tight. The arm length is generous and the body is long, coming down to just above my crotch. fits my shoulders perfectly and the crew neck is not too tight. ( I am a 15.5" neck). I wear this shirt all year round and especially when travelling. Washes up well and dries instantly. Can be worn 3 or 4 days in a row with no odor! Love this shirt. Think you will, too.

Satisfactory but not quality
Right after trying it on the first time , I knew it wasn’t what I was looking for. Immediately noticed that the material was thin and scratchy. It fit great , though not the quality that I was hoping for : I’m sure it keeps you warm though. This base layer is a ‘ get what you pay for ‘ type of thing . Therefore , I returned it.

Wonderful shirt.
I posted a review of this shirts big brother the 400g one. I just wanted to post an abbreviated post to provide insight on sizing. I am 5'10" and 185 lbs. I'm muscular and kinda big boned. I would normally go with a large or maybe xl. I buy these in xxl because they do totally run small .. or more accurately are closer to fitted than loose. I like a loose shirt and xxl is just about right for me. Beware, if you are much bigger than I am, that even the xxl will be tight. That said, I love these shirts and particularly this brand. I have all the name brand merino wool stuff. This shirt is every bit as good as that ... other guy. The 190 one is kinda like a cross between a base layer and a shirt. It's a lot heavier than a t shirt, just not really all that heavy. I have a range of these and just wear whatever the day seems to bring. I do wear these like all winter, every day. Sometimes I sleep in them :). And just so you can process this ... I NEVER wash them. No, it is not nasty. Wool never stinks. And if you are hung up on having to wash something after you have worn it you really don't want merino wool because it's a pain to wash. They don't have any sort of oder ever. I just rotate them and I have a lot and hang them up to air out a bit after wearing for a few days and never wash. Unless, I spill something on one. Then you gotta wash it.
