I bought these flakes after seeing a Tic Tok on how to make your own Magnesium cream. Some of these creams are so incredibly expensive it's crazy. She shows you how to make it potentially saving you hundreds if not thousands of dollars. I made mine with these flakes and the other ingredients and it came out perfectly. I'm sleeping so much better at night. These flakes are the perfect size and they're great for mixing. You definitely can't beat the price.

Does what it’s supposed to do. I used it as a foot soak 2 days ago and it took away the foot pain. Need a bigger bag

Im not sure it will help but so far no complaint and it melt well in water

nothing against the seller. i tried magnesium oil, but it left my skin feeling wierd. i then decided to try the bath salts. same result, leaves the skin feeling wierd. the closest i can describe it is the feeling of taking a shower in florida with the crappy hard water. leaves the skin feeling like you used windex or brake fluid on it. if you are used to hard water, you probably wont notice. same result as florida though, soap doesnt lather and skin feels creepy when dry.
