I bought this because the little doors on my plastic pill case started getting loose and spilling pills out into my bag. Any plastic pill case only seems to make it 1 - 2 years before it wears out, so I decided to just get a metal one that would last.I was skeptical of this one for the price since the other metal pill cases I looked at cost at least twice at much as this one. Features looked great though, so I took a chance.This is the one. The quality is absolutely outstanding and it's a steal at $10!The case feels high quality and is well milled. Feels like a good metal edc flashlight. It's made from aluminum so it's solid and rigid but lightweight.The fit and finish is excellent. No burrs anywhere. The black finish looks durable, but we'll see. I don't know if it's electroplated or what.The knurling is perfect. It's directional, it's low-profile, and it gives just the right amount of grip without irritating your hands.The threads are super smooth, but come dry and unlubed, so they squeak. You'll want to add a food-safe lubricant of your choice to the threads to keep them working smoothly.The laser etched letters are super precise and well done. The threads are indeed, consistent on each section, with each taking 2 full turns, on and off. If you line up the weekdays, you don't have to feel for where the threads start. Very easy to use.The included lanyard is the same high quality standard as the case. It has a little clip on the lanyard, kind of like a pen, but I'm not sure what you would hang it on.My particular pill case has Sunday slightly misaligned, about one full letter off. It doesn't really bother me, but it's something they advertise as being consistent. The QC isn't perfect.Still, this is a great pill case, and for the price, it's outstanding. I haven't had it long, but it feels like 'buy it for life' quality.After using this pill case for a week, I also ordered the three section version to keep as-needed medications in.

Great pill container. Heavy duty metal with moisture proof seals. Daily organizer and classy looks. Price was good and easy to open. Highly recommend.

Nicely fit together and pretty uniform in size. Travels well. Easy to screw on/off. Washers fit securely, and a few extras included. Unfortunately, the size is a little small for my conglomeration of meds & supplements. If that were not the case, I would get more of this brand. Also kinda wish an extra head and base included so you can have one at home and one on the go for like traveling for short weekend trips or something. If you wish to leave a few days worth but take some with you, then you have no way to close the ones that are left.

I am new to having to take daily pills. I take in the morning and in the evening. I kept forgetting if I took them so it was time to purchase a pill organizer. This works perfect! It is well made and somehow the days always line up!!! It even comes with extra gaskets. I like it also because most people won't even know what it is. Great price too!

The size is just right—kinda like half a paper towel tube, but don't worry, it won't hog up your whole bag. Plus, it's made of some fancy medical grade aluminum alloy, so it feels sturdy enough to survive a zombie apocalypse.The rubber gaskets on each compartment seal the deal when it comes to keeping things water and air-tight. No worries about your pills turning into soggy messes in this thing. Took it on a weekend trip, and it did the job of keeping everything in place like a pro. Bonus: it doesn't look as cheap as those plastic pill organizers you usually see around.Now, here's where a potential down-side comes in. They went with tough screw tops, which are secure and all, but maybe not the best idea for "grandma" or "grandpa" with a little arthritis or a weak grip. I'm a younger dude, so I can brute-force my way through opening and closing it, but I could see it giving a lot of trouble to those with grasping challenges. (Especially when you first receive it, it is ridiculously over-tightened)I have one personal gripe, though—why on earth does the "Saturday" compartment not have a threaded bottom like the other days? Come on, who starts their week on a Week-End? I'd love some rearranging options, but I guess it's just me being a little too particular.All in all, it's a solid buy if you want a sturdy, travel-friendly pill organizer that keeps things dry.
