Didn't want to but whole unit again so these are brilliant, very bright, love them

Solar Light not meeting specification
I placed this light bulb in a glass bowl hanging on a tree out side I noticed it has stopped working and on inspection saw that the bulb had water inside. This is very unsatisfactory as the product claims to be for outside use and WATERPROOF. I want it replaced or a full refund please
