I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this one. The NasalFresh nasal irrigator has seriously changed the game for me.I’ve been struggling with allergies and sinus pressure for years especially during seasonal changes and I’ve tried everything: neti pots, sprays, even some pricier systems. Nothing really gave me lasting relief until this.Right out the box, it was super easy to set up. The instructions were clear, and I love that it has different pressure levels (I started on low and now use medium). It’s really gentle but still powerful enough to clear everything out. After just one use, my nose felt 10x clearer, and the pressure in my head was gone. I could literally breathe better instantly.The design is sleek and easy to hold, and the nozzles are soft not like those stiff plastic ones that feel uncomfortable. Plus, it’s rechargeable, so I don’t have to worry about batteries. It also comes with so many saline packets which is great because I use it almost daily now.Small side note: the first time I used it on low, I felt a tiny bit of pressure in my ears, but once I switched to a higher setting, that completely stopped. I guess it just needed a better flow for my sinuses.Another huge plus for me was the customer service. I had a quick question and someone from the company actually responded so fast and was super helpful. That’s rare these days.Bottom line: if you’ve been thinking about trying a nasal rinse system that’s effective, easy, and doesn’t make a mess this is the one. I honestly feel like I can finally breathe again.Highly recommend!

Overall design is perfect. Nose piece, clean water tank and dirty water tank all in one simple product. I was nervous at first coming from formerly using a sinus rinse that you do by hand- this being battery powered I was scared to be honest. I used the first setting and was pleasantly surprised that it doesn't hurt and was actually not uncomfortable in the least, rather gentle. I think it's neat that it pushes the rinse in pulls it out the other rather than saline rinsing out of your nose and all over the place.It provided immediate relief for me.is compact and portable, fitting neatly on the counter, while the nasal dock extends so you can rinse your sinuses over the sink without having to hold the device... and it's USB rechargeable. I especially love that both the rinse and suction processes are powered, thereby providing a very effective cleanse. The entire process is quick, extremely comfortable, soothing, and refreshing. And, there are easy, how-to videos that demonstrate the correct use and care of the device.

Cleaning the device is also very simple. It pretty much cleans itself, which I really appreciate.If your nose gets dry or you often get sinus infections, especially from dry weather or allergies, this really helps. I wish I had started using it sooner!

The idea of this product sparked my interest after seeing other versions of this. I wanted to see if this would help with my allergies. It was very easy to setup, use and clean. The pressure is a little strong even on the lowest setting, but my nose finally felt clean and clear. This did help but I think I can only use this once a month or every couple of weeks.
