Nespresso Inissia Coffee Machine by Nespresso - Classic White Design, Automatic Capsule System, UAE Version

I have been new to this whole pods coffee vibe so was super skeptical on how this would turn out for me. Honestly I love this machine so much, I have been using it ever since I got it (5 days ago). No issues setting it up and making it work, all seems good! The pods are easy to find since they are the original Nespresso ones. So many different brands make these. I have tried Starbucks, cafe royal, Nespresso pods using this machine, they are all so nice. I’m not a major coffee drinker because it doesn’t suit me unless I have decafe. This machines solves that for me because I just bought some decafe pods and I’m good to go!

The machine doesn’t pour out the espresso when I press the button. I literally have to go through a four-step ritual just to get it to work—close and reopen the espresso pod compartment, remove and reinsert the water tank, and so on. Even after doing all that, it still might not work! The exact same thing happened with the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto machine I owned previously, so this has been incredibly frustrating. You’re honestly better off buying instant coffee powder and calling it a day. To me, they taste practically the same anyway, without having to perform a ritual every morning just to get a cup of coffee.

So good. Tasty

The machine stopped working 3 months after purchase. The company gives you only 45 days window.

Great item

Hello. The Nespresso machine is not working. We only tried to use it yesterday, and it appears to be overheating. I would like to request a return of the delivered item. Please let me know the next steps to proceed.

I debated whether to just give this three stars but decided to give it 4 but comment mainly on the negative aspects; A normal size coffee mug will not be compatible with this machine. So you'll need a small coffee cup and possibly transfer for it to your favorite mug. So far from what I've tried even a lungo coffee capsule used and pressing the button for a larger size coffee makes about a half cup of coffee of a normal coffee mug. Expresso is one thing but even the regular coffee options are quite small so you will need to use two capsules for one full standard size coffee mug. The machine is also sensitive and functions weirdly. You have to drop the capsule in just right for it to work which isn't that hard but takes some getting use to. At first, the machine will not light up at all after you put the capsule in. Then after so many seconds the small and large size coffee mugs will blink. If you press them it doesn't do anything or causes just one of the buttons to blink. Then after less than a minute the colors will become solid and you can then press the button to make your coffee. It's not straightforward and a bit time consuming. Four stars because at the end of the day it makes a decent cup of coffee.

Great machine

There are scratches on the lid (not sure how they happened as this is a new item), and the water tank doesn’t fit properly into the machine. Most importantly, it doesn’t draw water through to actually brew coffee. Interestingly enough, my cousin got the same machine but from nespresso egypt website itself, and it has the SAME problem. They keep giving her a hard time to return it (it's less than a week old). Avoid at all costs. Maybe even avoid nespresso at all costs in egypt.

هايله، الكبسولات وصلت بعد المكنه لكن الاوردر وصل كامل

It was writen that i will take a capsules for free from nspresso and that is why i took it from here while the machine is available all around Egypt. I was surprprised that nspresso can give this deal only to carrefour, noon and btech !!! Almost with the same price
