Comfortable work out accessory
The pad helps tremendously when doing squats. It relieved all of the pressure from the bar off of my shoulders and I am able to lift heavier. Its is very comfortable and doesn't not move once attached to the bar. Plus it is cute!

Save your hips and shoulders!
Very comfortable and much easier to do squats with heavier weights. Fits the barbell well and doesn’t move. Hip thrusted with over 320 lbs and didn’t have any discomfort
