Copper Fit X-Back Brace for Lower Back Pain, Lumbar Support, Herniated Disc, Sciatica, Arthritis – Adjustable, Breathable Design - for Men and Women (2XL/3XL)

I have cervical & lumbar spinal stenosis & I have tried everything to help ease the pain, including traction & several different types of back braces. The only thing I can say is this one is amazing. I don’t usually leave a review, but because I have just tried this & found it to ease the lower back pain almost immediately I had to share this information. If anyone out there is suffering from lower back pain, whether from lumbar spinal stenosis or just from being over worked, you have to try this brace. I can’t say enough good things about this brace, other than thank you for making something that actually works for me.

The Copper Fit X-Back brace has been very effective for dealing with my lower back pain. I’ve had lower back pain on-and-off for many years, but this is the first that I’ve tried a back brace support. Easy to put on and adjust. Good results came right away with the brace and have continued over the past month. I use it when out and walking. I take it off when sitting at home for an extended period or sleeping.

This brace really helps my lower back problems. I use it several times a week of the mornings for about 2 hours when starting my day. It helps lower much of the pain and provides the needed support after sleeping on my side. If I sleep on my back it does hurt less, but I sleep better on my sides. I really like the bracing, but the only drawback is the Velcro. This needs industrial quality Velcro to last longer and to remain in place instead of popping loose when strained by certain movements. The best item I have found is the Teeter Inversion Table here on Amazon. Hanging slightly upside down for about 15 to 20 minutes really helps take the pressure off my spine. Using both of these really makes a difference in lower back pain loss.

After buying several back braces that were a little cheaper because I broke three vertebrates in my back, they wanted me to wear this giant heavy apparatus but because I'm older it was too heavy. So on my visit to my doctor I asked if I could wear this Tommie copper and he said sure give it a try I'd rather have you wear something and it's worked out fabulous. I highly recommend this if you're having back issues.

I hate to sound like am infomercial yet as soon as I put this brace on my back pain eased. My discomfort came from straining my lower back muscles, this helped keeping me from aggravating it more. The brace kept my lower back straight and within days the pain was gone. I won't do any major lifting or loading without having this brace on.

I wore this for about 8 hours. Sitting mostly but was moving around some. I noticed about 2 hours after I got it on I was NOT feeling the sciatica pain. Then after I took it off I figured it would come back but it didn’t. I thank my Daughter’s coworker for telling her about it. I just sent this to my older daughter to try. I love mine. ❤️🙏🏽🎶 The only thing I can say negative is the with needs to be longer to wrap around. I got the largest and I was barely able to close the Velcro. I measured my stomach at my navel as it said I was 58 1/2.
