Good repair part.
Just make sure you turn water off and relieve pressure taking top off valve.

Spot on fit
Yes, a bit much for a rubber diaphragm. However, better this than my trying to cut out and refit a new valve body.

It’s slightly different but working
Slightly shallower cup but seems to be holding / repaired leaky valve box

Defective
Deserves zero stars. The bottom seating surface was uneven on all three of the ones I ordered, and one out of the three had a manufacturing defect so bad it had a chunk missing.

More expensive than complete Irritrol 2400T .. so NO DEAL
The part might fit well.. however it is more expensive than the complete set with solenoid included.. so i returned it and replace the entire upper part .. think about it.
