It's Opinel
I have a number of these and have purchased Opinel since 1979. I use the No 12 in a carbon and a stainless daily. I also use the paring knives, garlic knife, and keep No 8 stainless in the cars for emergencies.Purchased this for Thanksgiving to cut a Slamon. Sharp. Easy to clean. Durable. Well balanced. The 15 is probably bigger than I needed.Maintaining a sharp edge is a breeze . The quality is excellent and the price is most reasonable.

Old Time Goodness
If you like old world tools, this is a keeper. The design is over 100 years old. I bought the stainless version, but they also have carbon steel versions of these knives. They are very sharp and suited best for lighter duty. The twist lock works well, to lock the blade open or closed. It is not an expensive knife or a quick deployment knife, however, it is a great tool for your tackle box or tool box. The handle is comfortable and the blade will get the job done.

Inconsistent grind
I own 5 other Opinel knives, and have always found them to be laser sharp out of the box. This was my first disappointment, as the grind is very inconsistent. Sharp near the bottom, completely dull in the middle, and starts to get sharp again out by the tip. The steel was dirty and had some grime on the spine that was difficult to remove. I don't know if this was a returned product? I'll have to spend a little time honing this before it will cut anything. The middle of the blade won't even start cutting paper let alone cut it poorly. Only dropped a star because I know these are quality knives and for the price super hard to beat. Once I get the edge cleaned up it will be a terrific fillet knife.

Great Knife
It's very light and folds up small. The blade is very sharp and lasts a long time.

One fine knife
Awesome knife. I have a bunch of Opinel knives and wanted a fine fillet knife. This one fills the bill.

Hold in your hand to understand the size before you buy
Super, as expected. Do not order before holding it in your hand in terms of judging the size and feel. I'm very happy with opinel, third one I have (all different sizes).
