Problem 1. The hand tool doesn't work at all. If you don't have the tools that come with your car, you will not be able to use this jack AT ALL. Problem 2. The car jack is too light weight, it keeps falling over untill it touches the base of the car. Problem 3 (Worst). The maximum height of the jack does not even lift the car 2 inches off the ground. The tyre still touches the ground. I have a Hyundai eon which is a small car to begin with but still. Problem 4. It seems like it will break at any point under the cars weight. Doesn't seem like durable. Seems cheap Verdict: I completely wasted my money. Please spend some more money and buy a real car jack. This is a Chinese toy.

The quality of the product is very good and the quality is also good

Using the traditional car provided jackey is best compared to this, cannot do continuous movement rotation. So it takes time to lift the car. Moreover the key nut and bold is getting loosened after continuous movement. Might be useful for ladies.
