I recently decided to purchase the Fellow Three System Cup after being on the fence for a while, and I’m so glad I did! I found the perfect color on Amazon, and it has truly turned out to be one of the best purchases I’ve made all year. This cup has become my constant companion; I take it everywhere with me! Whether I'm using it with a straw, sipping directly, or even enjoying tea or coffee, it performs beautifully. Leakproof and feels great Stylish. Although I've primarily used it for cold drinks, I can confidently say that it keeps my beverages icy cold for over 12 hours—wow! It’s perfect for long days at school. The quality is outstanding, and its functionality, durability, and versatility make it a must-have. Plus, it’s easy to carry and the size is just right. Overall, I highly recommend this cup for anyone looking for a reliable and stylish drinkware option. The price is fantastic for the value you get!

So cute! So versatile! I love that I can switch between the lid options based on my needs. I also really like the strainer inside because it prevents the ice inside from hitting my mouth. I like the leak-proof design because I can have it in my bag without worrying if my things will get messy.

Update: The sliding lid cracked from inside within a year. support replied for a replacement. ____________________________________________ keeps the drink warm for hours, even with the sliding top. cleaning is a bit of a hassle as you need to disassemble the sliding top and remove the spring and clean the small pieces. other than that, it's excellent. I didn't use the straw part because i only use it for hot drinks

Was recommended to me as an alternative to stainless steel tumbler mugs. It is far safer and beverages taste much better. Hot beverages stay warm for up to 3.5 hours which is fine since I don't take them out all day. Cold beverages tend to stay cold for about the same length of time. I am much happier with this than stainless steel. My only knit-pick is they don't come in a higher capacity.

Edit to be fair..... When I took the lid apart and washed the cup so that I could return it, I found that the lid was actually broken. I really liked this cup, and I couldn't understand how it could start out not leaking and then after 4 days, start leaking so much I couldn't use it. I had checked the seal, switched the lids and checked it over, trying to figure out why it was suddenly leaking..... But I didn't notice the huge crack in the plastic until I stuck my scrubby down between the part of the lid that contacts the rim, and the housing for the leak proof seal. I reached out to customer service, and haven't gotten a response. And I know, your probably thinking I dropped the cup and broke the lid, but I'm telling you, spending this much on a cup was very out of budget and character for me, I seriously babied this cup, I didn't even wash it with soap, I rinsed it out and stuck it on the back of the sink where it would be safe! It had to have been sent to me already broken! It started out great, maybe even almost worth the price, but then, after 4 days of seriously, just rinse and reuse, it started leaking. This is with the flip lid, which is great, except for now it leaks. I use a powder in my coffee so I need to be able to at least swish if not shake it from time to time. I cannot even kind of swish it around, liquid spews out from around the bottom of the lid, and if you take the lid off it like explodes with liquid that was trapped in the rim, and I guess liquid does get trapped in the rim because now it's starting to leak down the front of my shirt whenever I take a drink! So ok, it has two other lids I could use, let's try those. Well first of all, the straw lid is reserved for summer time, iced tea and running around, so I'm not using a straw in my hot tea. The original "Carter" lid, it is truly leak proof, but it requires both hands to open it, AND the ceramic lining ends below the neck of the cup, before the portion where the lid threads on. So if you use this one and only leak proof lid, your putting your mouth on stainless steel and your drink is flowing over 2 inches of stainless steel, and to top it off, the rim is aggressive, like it's boarding on sharp! This cup is completely overrated, it's slippery and hard to hold on to, as a lady with smallish hands, and unless you can use the flip lid in a very careful, don't jar the cup around kind of way, it will leak all over you and, you'll be stuck using the screw on lid, which at that point, you might as well be drinking out of a standard stainless steel coffee cup you could get for a quarter of the price!

Terrible item. This is the first time I have left a review to anything. I bought 2 from the same brand and both emits a smell after a few uses. Always properly cleaned and aired, and I have tried baking soda and vinegar. Smell does not go away. After contacting seller, they suggested that I buy their separate cleaning product to take away the smell. Otherwise suggested I pay for post to send it back to them to clean. This has been a complete waste of my time with the seller & amazon and I will just throw this in the bin instead.
