Perfect
I will be purchasing this tea from here again. It’s organic, nice mild taste (avena), and calming.

I'm Happy
Being a long time fan of the 1971 movie Harold & Maude, I first heard of Oat Straw tea when Maude was telling Harold about it. As she described its vast medicinal properties I knew it was just what I needed. It was going to calm my nerves, help me to remember things and best of all aid in providing a good night’s sleep.I couldn’t find it in any stores, even the high-end (aka overpriced) ones. Amazon came to the rescue. It was there, it was a great price and it came in caffeine free. Perfect. Now, some weeks later I get this request from Amazon to provide a review. What did I think about my purchase?I feel I should be perfectly honest. The box describes this herbal tea just as it was portrayed in the film. It is completely organic, made from prairie grass, ethically wild-crafted, the way nature intended. I, however, have yet to brew a cup. It sits on my kitchen counter exactly where I set it down when it arrived.Just knowing it’s there, however, somehow has set my mind at ease. I’m no longer stressing over the little things and in general feel better about life.Perhaps I simply needed a small box – printed with calming colors and warm suggestive adjectives.I’m happy. I seem to have gotten exactly what I needed.

LOVE/OBSESSED with this tea
Love this tea. It’s so calming and I really feel like it gave my body a true detox. The taste was so soothing too, I now want it every night before bed.

Stress relief
Love this brand of tea! Organic and has no extra preservatives or added sweeteners. Definitely makes you sleepy. One cup of Oatstraw tea in the evening and I suddenly feel relaxed, have less anxiety and stress. Taste like oats in my opinion but it’s not overpowering and I find the taste to be pleasant

Treats Insomnia and Anxiety with NO bad side effects
This tea helps me sleep more sound and less waking up throughout the night. If you’ve ever dealt with insomnia you know the dilemma in getting a good nights sleep. I mix this sometimes with other herbal teas such as nettle, passionflower, lemon balm, tila/ linden, etc. or just drink it all by itself. (Google those others if interested - as they can all help with relaxation and sleep). The oat straw tea can also be drank in the daytime. It settles the nervous system and aids with anxiety. It’s an amazing herb in my opinion. Wish I could buy several boxes in bulk. Give it a try especially if you’re experiencing the issues I’ve mentioned.

Love it!
Had read about it and I love tea of all kinds so thought I would try. I very much liked the mild taste. I had read it supports people going through changes or your emotional and central nervous system and strangely enough it felt like it did just that. It wasn't strong like chamomile which can sometimes make me feel a little too tired to drink during the day, and I think this would be great for day or evening. I will absolutely buy again and again and again.

It works, kind of? And it tastes fine
The taste isn’t bad especially paired with other tea flavors, it made me feel pretty sick before bed a few nights but I was also in my first trimester at the time. It does help with sleep, it just won’t knock you out the way melatonin or chamomile might.
