I’ve tried quite a few sleep products, and LullaBites have easily become one of my favorites. First of all, they actually taste GOOD—which matters when it’s something you’re taking every night. Let me start off by saying I was really hesitant about these. My friend gave me a pack for free, and even then I didn't really expect much from these gummies. But I must say that I'm now a believer. So much so that I have actually spent my own money and have bought these several times. When you first open the packaging, they do taste a bit more chewy and fresh. I've noticed after about two weeks after removing the plastic wrapper that they become a little bit more stale. Just something to look out for; It doesn't affect the efficacy or the flavor. What I really like about this product is that it works relatively quickly for myself and it doesn't have anything in there that's caused me to form any dependencies or any other nasty habits.

I use these every night because I have trouble falling asleep and believe they help. I've been using them for probably 2 years now and like that they don't contain melatonin.

Works well in that it gives me 3-4 hours of good sleep, but then I wake up around 3am restless and can’t sleep until I get up at 6:15. Wanted these to work, but they’re not working for me.

Received my LullaBites and started taking them the same evening. It’s been about a week now and I am still having trouble getting to sleep and still waking up in the middle of the night with trouble getting back to sleep. Taste good but haven’t seen any improvement yet. Still going to keep taking them to see where the improvement starts.

These really work and they are yummy (when you buy from Amazon). I tried to save money and buy them directly from the manufacturer but I’ve learned the error of my ways. The Amazon purchased ones come in a metal tin and taste better. The manufacturer purchased ones come in a plastic container which I think impacts the flavor and shipping took a while.
