At first there was some confusion with the delivery and I ended up requesting a refund but then it arrived and so far so good

my son uses this brand and he thinks it makes a difference.

I bought this as it's Creapure, previously I tried some Amazon sponsored creatine from China and that did give me some mild gastro discomfort. This stuff has been fine but the price has increased during 2025. I will say, this stuff is not micronised, despite what some reviews say. It is gritty to drink when added to water / coffee etc. I decided to try another brand (non-Creapure) and that has been fine too. The new brand I've bought is micronised and it dissolves noticeably better, it's as fine as icing sugar and does not leave grit / residue in your mouth like this Creatine.
