Missing tool from box and looked used with scratches to paint work and wheel rim.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to use this as the wheels were disassembled from the front axel and couldn't be put together, no tool present. The frame and wheel rim were scratched/chipped. It looked like it had been used inside. Shame it would have made my life easier.
