Since the product comes with multiple pieces of precut tape with a square cutout for around your mouth, so that I guess you can drink through, in case you need a drink. It sticks well and can be a tiny bit uncomfortable pulling it off in the morning. I've only used it a few times so I don't know if it could cause skin irritation if it were use every night.

These are useless. They don’t work and will not stay on. It was a complete waste of money and not eligible for return. Stay away from this product.

These are very comfortable. Run a little big so as an adult woman I purchased the M. These are a gentle reminder to keep your mouth closed. Not taping it shut but remind you to keep it closed. They are a bandaid like material but remove easy without pain. Highly recommend.

The product is good and has helped me sleep better and now I rarely snore: However, the compny has recently switched to another manufacturer. It now offers different sizes, so the medium fits me better, which is good. However, the adhesive used now is harder to remove, AND it is much more expensive than it was before the changeover. I will continue to use it for now, as I found it better than other products I tried, and give them a chance to correct the adhesive issue and produce it at lower cost.

This works for me. I needed something to keep my mouth closed while sleeping. I can still open my mouth a bit, as it does stretch slightly, but it does keep my lips together. It allows me to sleep better as I am not waking up with a dry mouth and thirsty anymore. I am a small woman, and it is a bit too small but still worked. It is not very comfortable, but worth it to sleep. Pulling it off does hurt slightly but doesn't last long or make any marks. It does pull off hair so no need for waxing!

Sticky residue and yet not effective at advesive: i bought small size not good fit & doesn’t keep mouth sealed well. Waste of money bc 1 of every 4 don’t stick at all. tape leaves sticky residue & tingly feel that does not go away. Mouth hole too large & tape sticky and not always effective bc too loose/not resistant to stretching once on face

This product doesn't work. The tape allows your mouth to be open and does nothing to stop a person from snoring. It was a waste of money.

They work for me. Helps me sleep better. Keeps jaw aligned, aids in dry mouth and snoring. I wish they came in colors. The ankle tape hues creep me out.

Really helps in training against snoring.

Never wrote a review on Amazon before but I’m so impressed with these little patches. I initially bought these for my 11 year old son who has struggled for years with stuffy nose. It gently encouraged his mouth to close at night / this did not occur straight away. It took just over a week of use for him to sleep with his mouth fully closed. He was actually asking for his mouth taped. I could really notice how much more alert he was and generally more willing to do stuff. I thought I’d give it a go too and I am not a snorer and don’t consider myself to have any issues as such. I can’t believe the difference it has made to my restorative sleep and resting heart rate metrics almost immediately. HRV is up. I feel so much more rested. I would consider myself to be an healthy individual and have worn a fitness tracker for years. I have never been able to achieve some of the metrics that have occurred overnight from taping my tape. I am amazed! Husband is now trying them.
