Fire arrived a day early, which was great. Nice looking and flames very realistic. Quite a few different settings. Good value for money.

This is a beautiful fire and a great show piece. I love it. I particularly love the different colour combinations, particularly with the crystals. I think the price is good, the heating part of it is good and not difficult to install although I got my handyman to install it. It was too deep to install in my lounge fireplace so I put it into the bedroom and it looks amazing. The remote works well and it is easy to use. The only criticism I have is that the simulated flames don't look like real flames because of their colour which is orange rather than red and blue, but I love this fire. It looks fantastic and I would definitely recommend it for the price.

Very happy with purchase. Replaced a horrid old electric fire. We recessed this in our fireplace and I'm really pleased with the results. I specifically looked for one that vented out the front so I didn't need to worry about the correct venting behind. This fire heats up our front room quickly and has enough adjustments for what we need. The colours and light make it attractive to look at and relaxing to watch.

Been thinking to get electric fireplace for 2 years but finally decided to buy one & it looks so cool. Just did not use the heater too much as the little kid was around. Will try again but overall, it looks excellent. I am also trying to get in touch with the seller but looks like there is no option.

Update: Zero customer service. No response to my questions at all. Would not recommend. Original: It's a nice looking fire but a little over priced I would say. When you turn it off and on again (using the remote not the mains power) the LED colour resets to the default colour. This is frustrating if you have a preferred colour in mind. You then have to select that colour after every power on. I have been unable to change to Celcius for temperature as it does not change when I try by following the instructions. I have requested sorry to the email in the manual but no reply. You could say minors niggles but the fact I have to mash buttons ever time I turn it on to get the colour option I want, it gets annoying. If only it could stay on the colour it was last on when next powered on. It is nice looking, simple to fit and skim but that's all at it should be. Heats well, not too loud and a nice enough flange effect. Wouldn't recommend. I will check that the colours stay as set on power cycles when I find another one. Those one may well have to go back as there's no customer support either.

Easy to put up slim lovely colours. Good heat output. Lights up the lounge. Very pleased
