Effective product if you use it
Good product to workout those forearms. Easy to use as in the mechanics of it. Definitely not easy on the farms. Who knows I might get those “Popeye” forearms yet. Recommended.

It works
Works great but I'm not a fan of the pin that locks the strap in place to the handle. It makes the lift inconsistent as when you are rolling it up as the pin get closer to the top it gets more difficult and then easier once the pin makes it past the 12 o'clock position. It's not bad but i would not buy one or one designed like it again. Still gets the job done and is effective but not the design I like.
