I take these Vitamin C capsules daily for general immune health, and the quality is excellent. Title says it all. Every brand of vitamin C I’ve ever found makes me gag from the smell and taste. This one isn’t pleasant, but it’s WAY less bad than other brands. I can actually swallow it without gagging, as long as I hold my breath when taking it out of the bottle and then swallow it fast. Vitamin C drastically boosts your body’s ability to absorb plant-based iron, so I was told by my doctor to take it alongside my iron supplement for iron deficiency. If it weren’t doctor-ordered, I definitely would have stopped trying new brands after the first one or two were so awful. Instead, I persisted and tried another several gag-inducing brands after that before finding this one. If you’re in the same boat I was in, definitely try this brand.

Timed released Vit C is hard to find in stores. I prefer TR because it stays in your system longer. I have found an open capsule in the bottle which makes all the capsules “dusty” but that’s not a big problem. I’m happy with this brand.
