Love the tank printer very user friendly easy to set up and prints great can't wait to print photos for family reunion!!

The ET2400 prints reasonably well but it is slow. I tolerated that because it is pretty good on ink and I only print a few pages at a time anyway, Those qualities would have gotten it 4 stars. BUT . . . There came a time after a few months that the printout of solid shapes had stripes. I looked at the 4 pieces of software that came with the printer and non had anything to do with maintenance, In fact, there is really only one app that is worth anything and it is the one you need to scan and print. That's pretty bad because there is no screen on the printer. It requires combinations of buttons and counting seconds to get any maintenance functions. That's really crude. I got a couple of test pages but the print quality kept getting worse and then the red disappeared. The tanks are all 3/4 or more full. I think this is a POS. My last printers were both Canon and they came with a comprehensive application to check status, debugging, and do maintenance as well as printing and scanning. There have to be better alternatives. I'm sorry I bought this printer. Don't make the same mistake.
