excellent protein power. very lightweight, tastes like thandai, very digestible, mixes well in water. Real good quality. But its price keeps going up each time you buy.

I like all the flavours from The Whole Truth, but the Pista Badam Shake stands out. It’s easily the best in terms of taste. I used to be a big fan of the coffee flavour because it had a mild taste, but this one is different. It isn’t mild in taste, yet it’s genuinely tasty. I actually look forward to sipping it slowly instead of finishing it in one go like before.

I've always had a problem with the taste of the protein powders, but this one was by far a lot, lot better. The only problem is the pieces of nuts in it. I still do not like the taste and so the nuts force me to take breaks and then have to relive the taste time and again. But overall, would definitely try the other flavours of this too. About the effectiveness, well just like other powders, I have not idea. Will have to wait and watch.

Product is good but it took more than 20 days to deliver.
