Dries very quick
Very pleased with this dryer…good to handle and easy controls.. I have very thick wavy hair so hair dryers tend to frizz.. but this hasn’t.. I think even my hair looks and feels better for it..

Plenty of Features – Takes Time to Find What Works
I bought this hairdryer on sale — it was still quite expensive, around £90, and the full price is even higher. I chose it because Philips is a trusted brand and I wanted to upgrade from my previous model, which was working fine but lacked advanced features like ionisation. My impressions are mixed. On the positive side: the dryer is lightweight, feels pleasant in the hand, and seems well-built. Both attachments are magnetic and rotate easily, which is great for adjusting airflow direction. It has multiple settings — from gentle drying to very powerful airflow — plus a cold shot. There’s definitely a lot of functionality, but it takes some trial and error to find the mode that suits your hair best.On the downside: there was no wow effect. The ionisation doesn’t perform any miracles. I haven’t used the volumising attachment at all. Compared to my old hairdryer, the difference isn’t dramatic. Also, the dryer is quite bulky — not ideal for travel unless you have plenty of space in your suitcase.Overall:A solid product with lots of features and reliable quality. I think the results also depend on your brush, hair products, and technique — it’s not a magic solution on its own. Still, it’s a good option if you’re looking for a well-made device with plenty of settings to choose from.

Philips lilac hairdryer
This hairdryer is lighter than my other Remington hairdryer, I have curly hair so I am trying to get use to this diffuser as it's completely different to my old one, it definitely dried my hair faster even on the low speed thermoshield setting, marked it down 1 * as when you turn it off then on again it starts off on the hottest setting which isn't good for curly hair, I will be keeping it but will probably use it as a back up ie holidays because of how light it is. Love the colour as well as lilac/purple is my favourite colour.

Overpriced, stops working
Overpriced, stops working on a shield mode when you dry bit longer. Does not smoothly dry the hair, its like any other random hairdryer. Finally refunded and bought different brand. Cannot recommend
