Second Lamy Safari pen, the first is still going strong years later! Just fancied treating myself to a second. If you're after a pen that will last you, don't hesitate. Refill are somewhat pricy but lovely writing experience.

I absolutely love this pen. It’s very well made in a sturdy but lightweight yellow plastic, with an incredibly robust pen clip. The pen’s body has ergonomic grips for your fingers that work really well and are comfortable to use. I got on with them far better than my Lamy Safari fountain pen whose nib never seemed to be in the right position to write properly. Refills seem to be readily available and I’ll definitely be swapping out the supplies blue refill for my preferred black ink in the future.

It’s a bit thick, a bit lightweight, but it’s my current favourite writing pen because it’s bringing the best out of my handwriting. I like to write, this pen likes to write too

This pen is magic, my writing has improved tenfold. I no longer make spelling mistakes, average around 4 syllables a word, and if I close my eyes and scribble it rivals the best Jackson Pollard you’ve ever seen. Actually it’s just a great writer. The kind of pen you feel sad you didn’t bring into a meeting and spend the first 5 minutes hating the biro you resorted to because it just doesn’t feel the same. Then spend the rest of the meeting looking at your camera, dead eyeing yourself for how you could be so foolish. Drys well. Rolls well.

Fabulous pen, classy and writes very smoothly.

I bought this pen as a present for my wife. She is German and has talked about her fondness for the Lamy pens, when she was a young girl, so my son and I chose this for her as a little mothers day gift. The pen is beautiful, a very vibrant green colour. my only negative point is the postage and packaging. this came in what looked like the lowest class of postage possible, a flimsy plastic envelope, if you could call it that. naturally the box was all squashed. shame. but the pen is okay, so at least that.

Never leave the house without it. The pen feels so comfortable in the hand with a weighty and solid size. I think it looks timeless! The ink works great one ALMOST every surface but can bleed on some cards or surfaces. My only gripe is that I have been struggling to find black ink for it.
