I get lumps using this which then get stuck in my throat. Can someone please tell me how to mix this without lumps??

Been using for years. Sprinkle into large glass of liquid, teaspoon at a time and really mix well until there are no lumps. Drink down, do not sip as it thickens quickly. Follow with another glass of liquid. If you don't flush it down it can cause blockage. Works a treat!
