Awesome sauce
I bought this for my dad for Xmas. It’s a nice box opener and looks good. The design is sleek and comfortable to hold. Cons: the sling lock opening mechanism dose not work at all. Just a simple drop and even going up the stairs it can open in the leg. For its utility purposes it’s strictly a on the shelf box opener. The thickness is about what you would expect. The value for money is awesome it’s a big knife and it does what it needs to do, be sharp and cut stuff.

Beautiful knife
Coolest knife. Locks great. Blade is thick but not to thick. Smooth operation. And size is perfect.

MOST DANGEROUS KNIFE SOLD....!!!!
This knife is huge! A monster sized killing weapon. It is not a self defense weapon. Its a leathal instrument of death. In the hands of a highly skilled knife fighter it can be used in a controlled, precission manner. Thereby inflicting minimum damage to an attacker(s). However, most people do not meet the criteria of a skilled knife fighter. Thus running the risk of accidentally killing someone with this knife. Turning your would-be self defense event into a one way trip to prison for killing someone accidentally. All this now said.... This knife arrived with an edge as sharp as any razor blade I have ever shaved with!!! The point was sooooo sharp, it will puncture through layers of clothing like butter. And the blade is as well very long. This knife may be outright illegal to CARRY outside your home in some states. Because the blade is so big. So check with the laws in your state before you buy if you intend to use this knife as an EDC item outside your home. This knife is all metal and well built. Built like a tank. Its heavy therefore. It came well oiled too. It has several features that make it an effective striking/blunt end thrusting weapon. As well as a good punching weapon (Think brass knuckles). It has a raised end point useful for breaking glass or can be used as a screwdriver. THE DRAWBACKS......The retention clip orientates the knife in a blade up position. If you use a Karambit with the traditional hand hold the placement of the clip on this knife forces you to take an extra second or two to rotate the blade into the proper position once deployed from your concealment location. So forget about split second deployment. On the other hand, if you use a Karambit in the reverse grip style then everything about the design of this knife makes sense. Including the fringer grip guides. Which do not allign with your fingers at all in the traditional grip. But do allign perfectly when you hold this knife in the reverse grip.... (Grips for fighting with a Karambit are a whole other discussion....the debates are endleds...). About the finger retention ring.... Its huge and that is fantastic! Allows the wear of my tactical gloves while wielding this Karambit. A feature I have not found on any other Karambit yet. The blade snapps open lightning fast. With virtually no effort. The seller was super quick on delivery. Actually ahead of schedule. For the price and quality this knife is beyond a bargain. Its a steal. Great graphics on the blade too. Making this Karambit look like a top of the line bit of Operator's kit.

Okay for a tool bench but not for carrying on a belt
Decent blade, but terrible design/ locking mechanism. I bought this to use when opening packages, but found almost immediately that I couldn’t safely keep in my pocket. The clip that fastened it to the belt is not located in a practical location and can open on the slightest accidental touch potentially opening and damaging your pants or harming yourself.

Better Than expected
For the price this is a steal. I wasn't sure how sturdy it would be due to the low price point but this is actually a really good knife. Mine came very sharp and the easy open and locking mechanism work flawlessly. This is the only pocket knife that you will ever need. It makes opening boxes with fragile items super easy, a straight blade will cut into whatever fragile item the box holds but not the karambit the bend in the blade allows you to open your box without the item being exposed to a sharp blade. This is a strong knife as well I was able to break down a lot of cardboard boxes in a very short time. It is a little difficult to sharpen but at this price point I could just get another one. Which I did. I will say that my 1st knife is still fairly sharp after over a year of use. This is the only pocket knife I will ever carry. My only complaint is that the knife should be held with the tip pointing down and your index finger in the hole however, you have to open it with your index finger and the blade is pointing up. I wish there was a way to open it the way it was intended to be held. I hope I never need to use it as it was intended but opening it and turning it could be a problem if you have only seconds to do it.
