Excellent product! The bands are really durable and the resistance levels are perfect! I’ve had these for about a month now and I use them several times a week. They have maintained their elasticity and are completely in tact. I’ve purchased other resistance bands that have developed rips shortly after using them. These have held up very well! The jump rope is great quality and was definitely an added bonus in this package. I love that the sliders are double sided so I can use them both on the carpet or the tile floor. The price is exceptional for everything that you’re getting. Great deal! Love the product!

Great quality at a great price. This kit is perfect for the person that is looking for home exercises but also a great addition to any workout bag. Having the 5 different resistance bands makes it perfect for teaching our work group fitness class. The bands are excellent for all kinds of glute exercises as well as shoulder exercises like spider crawls (see picture). I love the quality of the sliders, I had been using furniture sliders to do a variety of exercises but they cracked real easy and had to be replaced often. I definitely recommend this set!

I really like the band options, so you can graduate up as your strength increases. I am using it towards the end of convalescing with doctor's release to exercise again. The only caution is the sliders, although they are good for core strength, use caution on what type of floor you use them on.

Ordered this as a stocking stuffer for my son, it's a clever concept that leaves no excuse for not working out. You can literally take this thing anywhere its so compact. Christmas morning we all gave it try, the bands provide a good amount of resistance and the sliders work on multiple surfaces, carpet seemed to work best. The quality exceed my expectations and the customer service/communication from the seller seems on point. I'd recommend this product to anyone looking for themselves or as a gift for someone else. Great product for a great price!! The package is very small and so easy to take to a hotel gym or anywhere with you. The jump rope is easily adjustable so it would fit tall people. I adjusted it to my height of 5’2” in a second. The material the jump rope is made out of is great so it doesn’t tangle or get bent. I love the 5 different resistance bands. They are thicker and better quality than I expected. I highly recommend this product to anyone!

I was surprised how small the bands are from the ones I had previously. However it was the same dimensions listed so sold as listed. I like the stiffness of the bands.Once I opened the jump rope I realized I could not secure them as a screw is missing on one end. Also the lightweight of the jump rope makes it harder to actually use it to jump. May need to alter it.

I figured the bands would have been too small with not a lot of resistance. The resistance levels were pretty good. Im currently rehabbing an injury, so the red and yellow bands worked great for light stretching. I thought the jump rope would have been low quality, but its actually well made and a good length. I’m about 6' 5", it’s hard to find a jump rope long enough for us tall people, but it was just right. Sliders held my weight well and didn't hurt my wrists.

I guess you get what you paid for. The jump rope fell apart a few days after light use. The bag that holds everything is torn too. I feel ripped off as a consumer, so this, I felt, was my only recourse.
