I played indoors volleyball my whole life and always had heel pain after playing. I have tried many different things, but these heel cups have helped the most so far. They feel super comfortable on my shoes and I never had a problem with them moving around inside of my shoes. I play volleyball at least twice a week, on hard courts, and run on the weekends. I haven’t had heel pain in a while. If you have heel pain when you do sports I recommend giving these a try.

They really work. It took about 4 or 5 days but after that my heel pain was gone

Loved it!I have problems with heel spurs which gives me a lot of pain. I’ve tried a few different products, but they all get damaged really fast. When I got this heel cup I was surprised because it seems to be a lot more resistant then the other materials I’ve tried before and the blue dots provide more comfort at the spurs!

Size 8-12? No; just size 12. I should have expected that when it had such a wide size range. I can't even get it to fit in a 9-1/2 or 10 shoe without rolling up the sides. And it is so think my heel is halfway out of my tennis shoes.
