My daughter was visiting me for a few days so I told her to ‘go ahead and try it out.’ The brush was on ‘maybe’ 30 seconds before it started throwing sparks!!! She thought her hair was going to catch on fire! She unplugged it and waited approximately 10 minutes and tried it again and this time the brush would NOT rotate! And, just to add insult to’almost’ injury, it was going to cost me Over $30 to return it to China!! Absolutely NOT going to pay that!!That would be a loss of over $60! Not going to do that! Should be able to get a refund to my card!

Love this styler, dries my hair every morning, works great!!

This item is just okay… the barrel heats up to the point of burning my fingers often & the direction of the barrel rotation changes from time to time.At least it wasn’t too expensive so I don’t feel like I over spent!

You have to get the right direction of the brush. Once you master that you will like it

I’ve had this for 7 months , use it maybe 3-4 times weekly. I have never been crazy about its performance. This morning it started spewing sparks. Thankfully the first brand I used is back in stock on Amazon.

I can’t seem to push the rotator button in the correct way I want to curl my hair. I end up making it go backwards and my hair gets tangled. Because of this I rarely try to use it.

This is junk! Don't buy it. I wanted to return it but they make it pay postage back to China which costs as much as the product so its a wash even though the product was defective (it was broken and didn't work) Spend a little extra money for a better made one.
