I bought 2 for me and wife. Arrived in 10 days. Packaged very well. Quick easy assembly. Comfortable, easy to operate. Awsome bikes. Built very well. Operates smooth. Very powerful. Up to 32 mph. Battery seems to last forever. Goes up hill with great ease. Love these bikes. Road or off road very capable and comfortable. Durable.

4 3/4 stars: I'm a 70 year old woman in reasonable health, about 180lbs and 5' 8". This bike is the biggest and heaviest that I would want to hold up but is comfortable for me. I really like it. I thought long and hard about an online purchase of something like this but am very glad I made the decision to go with this bike. It is really sturdy, fast and powerful, easy to assemble, and is a great price for what you are getting. The only downside I have found in the design of this bike is that the back rack is impossible to find a metal bike basket or a pannier bag that will work with the wide sides of the fender/rack. I have purchased and returned 4 so far trying to find something, and the company has no accessories for this newest model bike yet. I wanted something that looked as slick as my bike but will end up having to rig something homemade to have any carrying capacity. Other then that minor disappointment, I like my bike a lot.

This thing is great and performs well, but not as advertised. I am 260lbs so take this with a grain of salt. Pros: - Fast enough to keep up with city traffic - Cheap for an ebike - Good quality, feels very sturdy - Looks great - Easy to assemble - Throttle control - 5 different electric power modes - Tail lights turn on when you hit the brakes - Has rear rack even if you don't but the $150 baskets Cons: - Does not do 30 as advertised. - The speedometer is very off. It will say you're doing 15 or 30 and you'll really be going 8 or 22. Its basically useless - I don't trust the odometer because of how bad the speedometer is - It is not very easy to ride without electric - Very heavy, hard to get up porch steps - The front shocks are fighting for their life at full speed - Peddle assist is always on. I wish I could have no power assist when peddling, but still have full power mode using the throttle. - You might be able to get 70 miles of range if you peddle and leave it in the lower setting, but I only got about 15 when using full power and throttle only - Baskets are a $150 option Overall, very solid bike for a pretty good price. I would give this 4.5 stars with its only real knock being the speedometer being so off but I can only do 4. It doesn't get 5 only because the speedometer is no where close and the top speed it not as advertised. The range I can forgive because I am so heavy, but the speedometer should be correct and I should be able to get to its top speed going downhill regardless. All said and done, I would buy another one if it stays in the $800-950 range. $1000 and over and I would start looking at name brand ebikes.

Absolutely love this bike. And the customer service is legendary! I accidentally stripped the crank arm threads. One email and not only did they send me a new crank arm, they included all the tools I needed. And all for free!!! The bike is wonderful. Easy to put together, rugged on the trails and smooth on pavement. Definitely recommend.

Ordered two of these which were shipped to the house a few days after the order was placed. Packaging was excellent and the bikes arrived intact. Assembly took 20 minutes or so a piece. Quality appears to be pretty good for the $700 price point. I was surprised to see shimano drivetrain and the display monitor is really impressive for the price. The display is bright clear and easy to navigate and the controls are simple to use. The mechanical disk brakes and front suspension is decent at best, however they function as you would expect at this price point. The bike has 5 modes and can easily be adjusted to suit all skill levels. As others have mentioned, they do 30mph effortlessly. There are many similar bikes out there but I felt these were better looking and a better value considering the price of the others. Overall I’m pleased with this purchase and will update this review after a few months. UPDATE - many rides over the last few months and they are still working flawlessly. Very pleased with this purchase. Really impressed with the battery life. Overall great purchase.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Product arrived timely and well Protected for shipping. The bike was very easy to assembled and very easy to operate. I ordered the bike rack for the back and the color green. I absolutely love this bike. I hope to have years of riding. Also I’m only 5’2 and the bike was a perfect fit. Love it!!!!
