Works but not as advertised
Just walking across the mat does not clean your shoes or your pets feet, which is what the ad is all about. I need to wipe my shoes several times and wipe my dogs feet with a rag. I live in FL so this time of year it's the daily rain storms and sand that seems to find it's way onto everything. That said, customer service is responsive and very caring. I would recommend this product with the caveat that shoe wiping is necessary. Oh, another important thing, they say to wash in cold water without soap prior to first use. Beware it will leave a ton of lint in both your washer and dryer.

Pervent that mess.
It really works . Great to be able to get on line. Used to only be able to buy at trade , Rv shows etc. I have 6 dogs, really saves on muddy paws I have them everywhere. Easy was, air dry./ Durable as heck. Saves so much on cleaning in bad weather. Quick vsc and they keep looking new. Try it.

Too much fluff
Too much fluff, even when I followed the instructions to wash it first to remove all manufacturing waste, this rug does not stop producing fluff, I have wash it twice (in a machine and handly), I leave it in water 1 day, and keeps getting fluff from it, then when you clean your shoes it keeps producing fluff, the attached picture is after wash it twice and leave it in water for 1 day, waste of money!!! DON'T BUY THIS RUG

It has cut down on the dirt tracked into our home. I have bought two. The reason not 5 stars it isn't very decorative but do like it a lot!

durable & practical
I like the weight. They lie flat and endure shoe scuffing and paw scraping. The black/white pepper is unobtrusive and blends well with whatever is around
