UPDATE: Great water flosser- NOT!
I was introduced to this type of water flosser when I visited my sister. The first time I used it, I sprayed it everywhere but my teeth. When I learned to keep my mouth closed while using it, then it got better, but still needed some practice. I decided to buy one for myself. I searched Amazon and read hundreds of reviews. I decided on this Bearham brand because it was the cheapest and looked just like the more costly one my sister has. I was a little nervous because it did not have any review yet. Well, after I used it everyday for 2 weeks, I’m quite happy with it. The water stream is strong and the battery lasts for at least 2 weeks. After 2 weeks of usage, the water stream was weaker because the battery was low. I recharged it over night and the water stream was strong again. I noticed that the water tank lasted much longer after I got more experience with it. I sprayed the water on my teeth instead of on the wall and hold it upright (not tilting it) so it last to the last drop. I have a couple of dental implants and the gum around it becomes much cleaner and more healthy. Some parts of the gum at first felt a little tender under the water stream. Gradually, the gum became healthier and did not feel tenter under the water stream as before. It did a great job to keep my gum healthy. In my opinion, this is a supplement to your normal flossing and not replacing it. I’m quite happy with this water flosser and plan to buy another one.Update 4/3/2019I left a great review above for this water flosser after 2 weeks usuage. However, on the 3rd week, this water flosser started acting up. As I mentioned in the last review the water tank seemed to last longer. The reason it lasted longer because the water pressure was diminishing. It got weaker and weaker until there was hardly any pressure at all. At first, I thought the battery was weak. I recharged the battery overnight (green light was on), but the water pressure was still very weak. I’m so disapointed and will return the item to Amazon. Change the rating to 1 star.

Good quality and easy to use.
When I got braces flossing took forever and it was so painful, this feels even better than flossing and I feel clean. Works very well and automatic pump makes it very easy to use.
