So flavorful and worked great in my pastries.

Arrived quickly, well-packed, slices beautifully and was AMAZING in GF puff pastries with a slice of salty cheese (used pecorino romano b/c that's what I had), also has a texture that could be spreadable, for example, on a GF hot biscuit. This seems to have the lowest sugar content of readily available brands. INGREDIENTS: guava fruit, natural cane sugar, citric acid, pectin. Nutrition: 12gm sugar per 28gm serving

The guava free of red die was hard to find. Amazon came through. Highly recommend this product. I use in pastry.

The guava flavor is strong and tasty. It would have been perfect if it was pre-sliced into cubes for easy use.

Product is great but stayed on the truck too long and it made it leak out of the original packaging.

Delicious guava paste. High quality. Not overly sweet which is what I was looking for in a guava paste. Very dense. My only critique was that it stayed pretty firm even after baking in pastry; I was used to other brands softening up more. Maybe due to the lower sugar content? Still happy with product and would buy again.
