Nail Polish, In The Lime Light, 0.5 Ounce

If you have been looking online at the color flip flip fantasy and you see the neon pinkish red color that is not what this is... Apparently there has been a color change. I wore flip flop fantasy for 3 years and then I couldn't find it anywhere so I ordered online... when I got it it wasn't what I was expecting because obviously I expected the normal neon pinkish red color but this is a neon creamy peachy pink. it does say online that there has been a color change and shows the color so Google China glaze flip flip fantasy and look at the peachy color and that's what you will be getting. Im happy with it, I love the color. It was packaged good, no damage, the bottle was new and full, and the shipping was super fast and the price was well worth it. the formula is a little more thin than some of the other China glaze colors. It was streaky on the first coat, I recommend doing 3 coats for a smooth finish and to get the bottle color. It dries quickly. China glaze nail polish usually chips within 3-4 days in heavy usage of hands especially without a top coat, BUT I don't have a nail polish that doesn't chip within 4 days. It is easy and quick to remove. I think a white base coat will set this color off perfectly but you don't HAVE to have the white base coat as with most neons. Im happy with my purchase and im sure I'll be wearing it all summer along with my other neons of course. The China glaze color that is closest to the original pinkish flip flop fantasy would be the other pink that was in the CG poolside collection I think it's called pool-party? you can easily look it up. anyway, I hope this review helps someone.. everyone needs the perfect neons for summer!

Love Love Love this color. Make sure to buy a clear top coat for shine!

UPDATE: Changed to 5 stars and this is why. I was expecting more of a coral/pinkish color based on what some of the reviewer said on here and also the picture on Amazon. So I was very disappointed and was thinking of returning this because some reviewers acted as though the orange was a problem because of what this color looked like when they got their nails done at a nail salon. So first, I gave this only 2 or 3 stars. The truth of the product I received. This is definitely a bright orange color and is flat (not shiny). It even looks really funny when you first put it on because it looks like it's glow in the dark. So before returning it, I went to Sally's. The girl there had it on. It was orangish like mine but hers was shiny. She says you always have to use a top coat. This also prevents chipping. Goes for ALL nail polish. So, then I checked the colors myself and sure enough the bottle at Sally's resembled the same color I got from Amazon. Looks a little coralish outside but really more orange. And this definitely looks orangish on. So I have a coral colored pocket book and I matched up another China Glaze color that I liked more to go with the coral color I was looking for. It's called "POOL PARTY". I also got a topcoat called "Out the Door" and sure enough, the both China Glaze colors (both are matte) get shiny after the topcoat goes on. I like both colors but for now will use the "Pool Party" to match my pocket book. I have pretty good pictures to show the difference, hopefully they will appear on the page soon...I just posted them up.

Very thick and goopy, hard to paint on and chips easily. Didn’t even make it through 2 days before it started to chip. The color was also a disappointment, not a true coral more orange. I won’t be buying this brand again

Love the color… chips easy, I even used a top coat.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS COLOR ITS FABULOUS!!! I was looking to replace my Finger Paints "Warhol Wannabe" and the local Sally's Beauty was sold out and I was NOT going to pay $10 online for it so I stumbled upon this and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT I love it even better then what I had! Will be buying another, PERFECT NEON PINK and a MUST have for all girls!!! 😀💅 it goes on great it dries extremely fast but it does have a matte finish so you will need a top coat the pictures are with no top coat u just wanted you to see the color on! I love it!

Im not sure why, but the seller has a picture of a completely different polish color up for flip flop fantasy. This color is actually a bright neon coral color. Look it up on google images before buying to make sure you know what your getting. I did, and I love this color! It's awesome for summer, and looks great with my tan skin tone. VERY BRIGHT. As in neon bright. Definetly a fun color. However, you need to apply atleast 2-3 coats for it to look even and nice. Also, after it dries you need to apply a coat of nail shine or else it will look flat. The nail shine made it much better! Im not sure why they made it so flat. It's probably not one of China Glaze's best polishes in my opinion, because of how it applies.

I purchased this nail polish about two days after I had gotten a pedicure and a manicure so that I could add another coat of polish. That is how long it took this polish to start wearing off of my nails despite having two coats of the color and a topcoat put on at the salon. The color is gorgeous and the price appears to be reasonable. In the long run, having to use three coats of polish means that I would have to use more coats to obtain the same results if I were using a better polish. Will use the rest of this color over a period of time, but will not purchase any more of this brand.

to really get the colour, u have to LAYER this on :s would be perfect if it was abit more thicker
