I'm looking for a comforter which brings warmth, literally. It's a gift to my grandma,

It's a good choise, the two-sides flannel touches quite thick and I recommend the grey color which always makes me feel warm in winter season.

It looks extremely fluffy and plush, are both sides flannel?

Both sides are flannel which is the reason I chose it. You know what, when you're wrapt in it, it seems that you fall into the cloud

Does it come with a duvet cover? And what's the dimention of KING?

No duvet cover, guys. It's a comforter set, not a duvet cover set. And it 90*104

Can I machine wash it? Any washer capacity suggest?

Well, the large capacity washer would be better
