It's easy to pack around and has pretty good sound for such a little guy. Primary uses are music and audiobooks and the sound quality good enough that I'm satisfied. It's not Bose, but it sure ain't bad. I use it in the shop, out by the pool and when I'm gardening. Outdoors the sound travels a bit better if there is a wall or something solid behind the speaker. The loop makes it easy to carry or hang up and the 360⁰ sound means less fussing around with location and direction. Connected to my Android, playing on Spotify, I can crank it all the way up with no distortion or crackling. But, I only did that this one time, so I could note it in the review. It's pretty freaking loud. It's solid with a rubber cap on both the top and bottom. In case of a drop, those could be lifesavers. I've never tossed it in the water, so cannot attest to it's water resistance. It connects quickly and easily to any Bluetooth device and the buttons on top provide easy access to pairing, pause and power. It will power down if left unused for a few minutes to preserve the battery. That's a nice function. I'm not wild about the HUGE volume controls on the front. I think they're ugly and detract greatly from the overall appearance of the speaker. Overall, good value for the money.

Got this on a recent sale/discount Amazon had as the wife keeps losing our Bluetooth speakers, so I didn’t want to spend too much. It’s waterproof and floats (actually floats I didn’t believe the product description). Figured being so small and waterproof it wouldn’t have decent sound but it actually punches well above its size. Has an outdoor button to amplify the sound more (when you’re at the pool or a BBQ). You can connect 2 for stereo sound. Easy and intuitive to use/connect to phone etc. I think these are worth the original MSRP but if you see one on sale I’d grab one. Great little speaker!

This is a great travel speaker. Extremely easy to setup…look less than 5 minutes. And the sound is wonderful. Great vocal sound with just enough mid and bass. The volume is great for rooms or hotels. It’s small enough to take everywhere. Sounds much better than my Sonos Roam and much easier to deal with.

The Ultimate Ears WONDERBOOM 4 is built like a friendly little bean and sounds like it does CrossFit and drinks black coffee for fun. I turned it on and my house said, “Oh. We’re doing this now.” The bass showed up uninvited and started rearranging the furniture emotionally. The 360-degree sound is real. I walked in a circle around it like an idiot and the music followed me like a curse. I put it in the shower. Loud. I put it by the pool. Louder. I dropped it in the pool. It floated. Still yelling. I walked away from my phone. Then I walked farther. Then I forgot where my phone was. Music never stopped. This speaker is loyal to a fault and clearly doesn’t respect personal space. Battery lasts forever. Pairing takes half a second. Survives water, dust, and my playlist decisions. Five stars. If this thing gets any louder it’s going to start paying rent.

I love how simple & easy it was to get my speaker and how easy it was to setup. The sound quality is amazing! I also love the versatility of standard mode and outdoor mode. This speaker connects very easily to my devices. I also feel like its worth the money!

This speaker is bass heavy and I don't know if I hate or loved it. Great for certain music bad for others that doesn't need the additional bass. No way to adjust bass since there are no app for this speaker. The speaker sounds great and it gets plenty loud. Pro: -Setting it up is easy. Out of the box it's in pair mode. Easy pair on the android device. -Great built quality. It is sturdy and well built. Con: -No app to fine tune sound setting -start up and power off noise is loud. No way to adjust that. What more can I say. It sounds great compared to other speakers in this category and price range. Basic, no frill, no overly complicated speaker. It gets to the point. Great speaker when it's on sale. Still great even at the non-sale price.

Good sound separation for such a small speaker. Solid bass with clear mids and highs. The passive radiators work well with the mid/high active speakers (two of each). And the 360 sound is nice too. Just don’t try to blast it full volume, leave that for the right stuff!

Overall this thing is super. Great sound, easy to pair & use, tremendous volume & decent battery life. The one unbelievable idiotic feature is battery charging. There's no light or sound to tell you ACCURATELY how full the battery currently is. If you press a button it will say "Normal Battery Level Enjoy The Music" when the stupid thing is somewhere between 36% & 100%. Are you kidding me? 36% is barely 1/3 full & there's nothing to indicate if it's actually 40%, 57%, 84% or 100%. What kind of engineer came up with this & how did it possibly get all the way into production with no one saying, "this is the dumbest thing we've ever made". I had a rechargeable speaker for my 2nd Gen iPod in 2002 with 4 little red lights, 1 light meant 25% charged, 2 lights 50% & so on. Simple, clear & easy, didn't need to talk to tell me absolutely nothing. So now 24 years later & these rocket surgeons can't pull this off with all the advancements in tech over the last 2 decades?

Great portable speaker ! So far, it has surpassed all the other ones I've tried. Very good sound with good bass for it's compact size. It's also waterproof and falls proof, and it floats, which is great. It seems very well made and it looks good too! Definitely my favorite speaker, I would recommend and I liked it so much I bought a second one to pair with the first one I bought. You want a solid speaker with great sound, that you can bring anywhere with you, this is it! FYI it's been a year that I bought the first one and I use it regularly (in the shower, the car, doing the dishes...) and it still looks brand new and performs as well as day 1!

I love this speaker! Small size makes it super portable without compromising sound quality. The added bass you get by pressing g the button at the bottom gives you great sound when watching movies. Very easy to use and set up! Lasts quite a while on a full charge! I already had one for my classroom and this is my second one for home. Definitely recommend. I bought a case for it afterwards for travelling.

Love it! Works great even in the hot tub!! Good sound, good durability, good volume, good battery life!
