A lifesaver for my allergic frenchie.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this, especially for all the Frenchie owners out there. My dog has severe allergies; it honestly feels like she’s allergic to everything. I had an allergy test done and compared the results to the ingredients in Pro Plan. Amazingly, not a single ingredient was flagged in her results. That gave me the confidence to move forward with the purchase. Since switching, not only have her allergies improved, but she also genuinely loves the food. She’s eating more than ever before.I’m incredibly happy with this product and plan to stick with the monthly subscription through Amazon. Highly recommend!.

No more stomach issues
My rottie has had stomach issues his whole life.. We have never been able to get him to have normal 💩 or not throw up his food. We did tests at the Vet and still nothing. Now that he is on Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Stomach we have normal 💩 and no throwing up. He is 6 yrs old. Finally things are looking up!!!!!

One of the best special needs dog foods you can buy
I have a small Yorkie/Lhasa Apso medical alert service dog. I adopted her at 4 months of age and at the time she was severely ill and near death. She had stopped eating, was hypoglycemic, and only weighed a bit over two pounds. She also had an antibiotic-resistant form of pneumonia and was experiencing liver failure and other life-threatening conditions. With the help of an outstanding veterinarian and a great deal of care and attention on my part, she is now completely healthy and has recently completed nine months of professional service dog training.Because of her health issues, diet and nutrition have always been a major concern. In addition to her serious health issues, for the first year of her life she also suffered from dry dandruff and itchy skin and was prone to diarrhea. Although less serious, these were also problems I needed to address.Because of her early health issues I think she will always be a picky eater and I have to constantly monitor her food Intake. At 19 months, she is now fully grown and maintains a stable healthy weight of 5lbs.To address all of these issues, I went through a long journey of trying to find the best food and diet for her. The vet and I both suspected food allergies as part of her problem and began food trials, eliminating all of the meat proteins she had been eating, which were almost all of the common meats used in dog food with the exception of fish. We also wanted to avoid corn, wheat and soy but did not want a completely grain - free food. After a great deal of research, we settled on Purina Focus salmon and rice formula and it has been completely satisfactory. It meets all of our important criteria and, most importantly, she finds it palitable and eats it with minimal coaxing. She remains a picky eater and I still have to go to some extra effort to get her to eat but not much. Basically, I crumble up a salmon bite omega oil supplement as a topper on her food, which she loves, and that's enough to prime her pump and get her to eat the rest of her food.I apologize for the length of my review but felt like it was important to discuss the special needs of my dog in order to fully explain why I chose this food over so many other high-quality dog foods that are available. Normally, Purina brand wouldn't be my top choice but, with my special needs, it was definitely the right choice for my dog and I give it my highest recommendation.

All for Paws Stars!
My Dalmatian pit mix has sensitive skin issues. Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Skin and Stomach Dry turkey and Oatmeal is the best kibble for her. Our vet suggested it and we paired the kibble with the same brand of wet food. She is happy and we are pleased with her happy!

This Food Literally Helped Solve Spanky's Problems !!! Amazed!!
I'll save you some time ☺️ I ALREADY researched EVERY FACT regarding great dog nutrition , sensitivity to foods , recommended diets for small dogs by my vet . My little guy was treated for " allergies " and then for ?? , a pre, and probiotic pill was added by the vet along with prevacid DAILY to control Spankys daily bouts of nausea with vomiting 🤮...my poor dog , right ? Anyway , after studying I learned a lot !!! I personally decided to go with this food because it has perfect balance of ingredients PLUS PROBIOTICS , PREBIOTICS AND THEY ARE LIVE ONES , FOR GUT HEALTH !!! I tested it on Spanky . He is REALLYPICKY about his food . Too stinky ? He won't eat it ....too Whatever , he won't either ! This food is VERY SMALL KIBBLE ! YAY !!! Spanky McLovin ate perfectly fine right away with a moderate transition from old diet ( Nat balance .) ...I ceased ALL additional probiotics ( 30-40.00 / month ) , I ceased the over counter drug too because my dog has NO MORE NAUSEA , NO VOMITING AT ALL !!!He loves it !!! I do too 😂 I also thought Spankys pinkish/ red legs , feet and belly were an allergy we just had to accept ... nothing helped ...THIS FOOD HELPED !!! SPANKYS COAT AND SKIN ARE PERFECT NOW ! IVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT !!!! Definitely 🥰 a great purchase , price , and really happy I bought it. Regular purchase from now on ..

If your dog has skin allergy this stuff works
We have tried everything and narrow down our yorkshire terrier food allergy to sweat potatoes or potatoes. Believe it or not almost all dog food and treats have some form of potatoes and sweet potatoes in it. This was a huge challenge trying every limited ingredients dog food to narrow it down. Trial and error. Allergies test says he is not allergic to potatoes. But sweet potatoes is a different from a potatoes not in the same family. We had Nuevo food which worked then albof a sudden he started breaking out again. They changed the packaging and reformulated it and added sweet potatoes. I was confused because it was the same food I thought. I thought I was going nuts I swore it had no sweet potatoes. It really sucked. I saw an ad and review about a lady's dog who have horrible allergies and food reactions. She said this Purina pro sensitive worked. I checked lable no sweet potatoes. Perfect I gave it a try wala it works. Takes about 30 days to clear up. Good sign is it doesn't get worse then it already is. Our was close to worse when we started food. Whats nice is it has vitamins, prebiotic, omega oil. All things good for dogs with allergies, stomach issues, bad smells. We are extremely happy and pray tge ingredients stay the same. Hope this helps.
