I have been using this a little over two months now and can definitely confirm it makes quite the difference for skin health and appearance. Apart from ingesting it I have also began applying small amounts directly onto my face. The most important benefits i can attest to are that I almost never break out anymore (and on the rare occasion I do it's very mininal, not to mention applying it onto a breakout will help you make it go away almost overnight), my skin is noticeably smoother and tends to be less drier than before, also acne scars fade much sooner. The only downside in my experience might be that some of these benefits wane if you discontinue the supplement however I can say that the acne resistance it brings about tends to be more long lasting.

Overall a good experience. Quality looks nice, packaging is clean and it does what it’s supposed to do. If you’re looking for a liquid Vitamin A option, this is worth trying
