Good Set For the price!
Used these for about 6 months now without any problems the resistance bands loses some resistance after you break them in but I haven't had any problems with them breaking.

It's a nice piece of equipment if you only have a small space to workout in. I do like that some workouts are included on a paper, so it helps new people like myself

Nice quality for the price sadly I just wish I got off my lazy ass and used them a little bit more. I really like it a lot though the problem clearly is me.

good for home workout
The people posting broken bands are over extending the thinnest bands. mine are 20lbs to 60lbsWhen you use these you need realize the length of travel. often people step on half of the un streached band with two feet…. basically using only 50% of the band not under there feet.Try using holding it down with one foot to give you more travel length. or minimizing your length your stepping on. aThese work just fine and way cheaper than the gym. Im sure the ratings aren’t exactly accurate…. bands also increase the further you pull them so I'm exactly s sure where these people are getting the numbers from but they don't seem accurate either.also you can just stack them to any lb you ever could possibly use. try two or three bands at once and the limits will surprise you.
