Gets the job done
Over all good product, gets the job done. However, box did not contain an instructional manual. The cap and the extention does not fit perfectly. Also the measuring cup's pin is not usable it's very blant can not punch a whole in the egg. Since I have used egg boiler before it's always good to puch a whole in the egg before boiling for a perfect shell pill. The brand should take these things to consideration

Brought this product on 3 April 2025 It was working wall till 9 Jun 2025 (Manufacturing warranty 3 months) Reached out to customer care support Very poor support Unprofessional Followed all the steps to file a complaint on 10 June 2025 NO TIKCET NUMBER for that complaint. How to follow-up NO EMAIL / NO MESSAGE even after 48 hours NO VALUE for MONEY and TIME. If possible, please understand customer pain.
