I take this to help manage SIBO. Works great. Highly recommend if you have yucky stuff in your gut you need to get rid of. I will say, that this is a herb. If you take it for gut issues and you feel terrible on it, stop taking it. It isn’t the right one for you. Not everyone can take the same herb. I tried olive leaf before and neem works better for me.

Started taking this supplement on a whim last summer… my entire life I have dealt with unexplained, persistent bloating that would have me uncomfortable for days no matter what I ate; I’ve tried taking chlorophyll, pre- and pro-biotics that provided a few furtive weeks of relief, but nothing consistent. With neem, for the first time in my life I’ve experienced complete abdominal relaxation and peace. I ran out two weeks ago and hadn’t re-upped yet, and I spent the last week bloated, fatigued - I was getting concerned enough to call my doctor. Got my supply back two days ago, and the bloat completely vanished within one hour of taking a capsule. I’m not going to risk being without this again.

I wish this pill was free from gluten and gelatin. I wish it was a vegan pill. I would if I could take two every day for long periods of time. But it’s a easy pill to swallow and seems to be ok
