One Button, Two Computers…Works Great!”
I use this switch to share a single 2.4GHz wireless keyboard and mouse (with one dongle) between my Mac Mini and an older Windows 10 PC. Each computer is connected to one side of the switch, and with a quick press of a button, I can instantly switch control between them. It works flawlessly and saves a ton of desk space. Simple and effective!

Fried my USB 3.0 controller for my desktop
I really wish this device had better power management. Sharing the power between two different devices is generally a bad idea.I've been using this to switch a powered USB 3.0 dock between my work laptop and my desktop. This way I could easily switch my keyboard, mouse, headset, microphone, and other devices between the two. I really liked that this device came with the button that you could stick anywhere for easy access and was one of the primary reasons I bought this device. It worked great for a while but then I started getting issues with my connected USB devices just dropping off the hub and reconnecting. I was currently working so I just unplugged my desktop and it fixed the issue. Later when I got on my desktop the USB controller wasn't working. I had to plug into a different USB port to get it to work again. This was the only device connected to those ports for that controller so I don't see what else could have caused it to fail.I tried reinstalling the drivers and reformatting the machine and the ports still don't work. I still have plenty of ports on the back of the machine but I am disappointed it fried one of my USB controllers.I would rather have a device like this but that is self powered and isolates the different connections. I would not use this for anything mission critical. I now have to physically unplug and switch the connection between the two machines again making this product useless for me. This would have been an amazing device for the price if it wasn't for this flaw.I wanted to give more stars but considering this product is marketed for the exact use case I was doing and it did harm to my device I can't give it more. I'm just glad it didn't damage my type-c dock.

Work From Home Lifesaver
I recently purchased the USB 3.0 Switch Selector, Bi-Directional USB Switch 2 in 1 Out, and I have to say that it's been a lifesaver for working from home. This little device allows me to easily switch between my headset for my personal computer and my work computer, making it a breeze to switch between the two and stay productive throughout the day.The switch selector is very easy to use, with a simple button that allows you to quickly switch between your two devices. It's also bi-directional, which means that you can use it to switch between two devices in either direction, making it a versatile tool for any home office setup. But what really stands out about this USB switch selector is just how convenient it is. I no longer have to worry about unplugging and re-plugging my headset every time I switch between my personal and work computer, which saves me a ton of time and hassle.Overall, I'm very impressed with the USB 3.0 Switch Selector, Bi-Directional USB Switch 2 in 1 Out. It's a simple and easy-to-use device that's been a lifesaver for working from home, and it's definitely worth considering for anyone who needs to switch between devices throughout the day. If you're looking for a convenient and efficient way to stay productive while working from home, I highly recommend giving this USB switch selector a try.

Perfect for switching between work and personal computers
Works as intended for switching between work and personal computers. Included usb-a to usb-a cords are a tad short and needed to order longer ones. The accessory switch is nice but prefer the original box.

Exactly what I needed.
I run dual monitors from 2 separate pc's. I bought 2 of these (1 for each monitor) and they did the trick. With the push of a button I can switch between the 2 pc's as needed. Small footprint and I was able to attach to the back of the monitor. Well built.

Good features, but lacks proper isolation.
Outer shell is metal, small, and it feels nice. The wired switch is what sold me on the device. It is desk-mounted just above my mouse pad, and works pretty well. The switch does not happen fast. Between the device init and switch time, it takes about 5 seconds. If you are used to the old ps/2 switches, this may be a disappointment. There are better solutions available, but definitely not at this price point. The more expensive solutions also lack the wired remote.Caution, if using in conjunction with powered switches, the outputs are not properly isolated from each-other.This is likely due to the switch needing power, and not being able to anticipate where power may come from. This resulted in my laptop docking station attempting to bus power my large workstation. This actually caused the workstation to lock during the early stages of the POST.This did not happen the other way around, as the docking station was doing the isolation.I got around this on the workstation side by linking the output to another switch, instead of directly to the workstation.Given the potential damage to hardware, I can't score it high. This could have been mitigated with better instructions.I am continuing use, but I have taken the precautions needed.

It works, comes in handy
This switch selector has been working good for switching a keyboard and mouse between 2 computers. I got tired of having to manually plug-and-unplug the usb cables. I connected the 2 cables to a separate hub and then connected the hub to the switch selector, but you guys already knew that. The indicator light tells me the connection status and comes in handy. So far nothing bad to say about it. If it fails I'll be back, but for now it gets five stars. Thanks.
