The quality wasn't great had lots of chips out of it I know it could still be used but when you buy something new it should look new.

All as promised. Packaging was wrecked on arrival, dumped on the front step, could easily have damaged the bells but thankfully all okay, would blame DPD rather than the seller. Handle is a bit rough but chalk solves that so not a bit issue.
