Great for your VW
It's transmission fluid in a bottle. Nothing special but I have three VW's approaching or over 200k miles and they've all used this Liquid Moly ATF for services. Its not the cheapest or the most expensive but based on my experience, we've gotten great life out of the cars by using this product.

Fixed my 8l45
Don't tell GM I've been using this fluid 🫣, they recommend mobil 1 blue label but at 33k miles my GMC canyon with the 8l45 was shuttering even after a fluid change. Switched to liqui moly and flushed all the old mobil 1 out and 20k miles later it's like a brand new trans. 54k miles now and zero problems and zero shutter, highly recommend for GM 8 speed transmissions but you must get all the old fluid out first if it's a diffrent brand.
