Use frequently since purchase and have had no issues with leaks, which was my main reason for stepping away from the traditional red hot water bottles. Seems very durable and well made. I didn't use the strap that comes with it, but nice to have just in case. Love it

Pro: ANMIA ice pak is well made and I did not find the product to leak.Con: ANMIA ice pak includes an attachment to secure to body. I did not find this piece functional to secure to the head for migraine. It may be useful for other locations.I use AMIA ice pak often. In comparison to new methods of icing, I like the old fashion ice pak solution to address pain and swelling. The pak gets very cold and remains cold longer than other methods. In the dollar store, I found a shower cap with terry on one side and vinyl the other, to use as ice pak cover...ingenious, and works great to defuse the cold and helps to keep the pak from sliding. Water content is not harmful, as the chemical paks can be.
