Very good egg replacer in baked goods.

Since egg prices did not go down "on day one"--far from it--I stocked up on this product and glad I did. It's easy to create a substitute egg, just takes a literal minute, but they're a bit heavy for cakes or waffles. So if some recipes call for two or more eggs, I use one real egg and substitute the rest with this egg replacer. For some foods, like veggie burgers for example, egg replacer works fine.

Egg replacer is great for all baking needs for my child with an egg allergy and it lasts a long time :)

This product is bad. I was looking for a substitute for currently scarce liquid egg substitute and found this online. You have to mix it really fast otherwise it becomes unmixable. Like the liquid I mix it with egg and drop in some shredded cheese. The color is a little off, I can deal with that but the texture when cooked gets really weird. I will use it because I bought it and I don' like wasting food.Also wasn't expecting this because every liquid sub I have ever used has been very low in carbs, but this stuff is 8 carbs, another dealkiller. Never again.

Solid egg replacer. I am trying to eat more plant based and this is a staple.

Quick and easy for vegan baking you don't notice the difference. Plus with the fluctuation in cost of eggs this is a great shelf stable replacement, no need to make a $100 cake right?

Works well. My son is allergic to eggs. I use this in all recipes.

For someone who is allergic to chicken eggs this stuff is amazing. I’ve been baking with this now for 2 weeks and I am very impressed.
