Q: Will this work on a 1990 dodge d250?

This will work on any 12 Valve 5.9 CUMMINS Turbo Diesel with a VE style Injection pump. D/W 250 or 350

Q: will this work on an 8.3L cummins?

I am guessing that it will not as it clearly states that is for 5.9 and 6.7. The gear may be a different size, or the bolts could be too short. Worked perfectly on my 5.9 however. Good luck
