After reading one reviewer’s comment about conflicting information regarding seasoning the pan, I did NOT season it per the inserted instructions. I went to the website and, like the reviewer posted, noticed that the website said you did NOT need to season the pan. I emailed their returns center for confirmation and they wrote back within 24 hours stating that further testing revealed the pan does not require seasoning. So…with an unseasoned pan, this thing is definitely non-stick all the way. I don’t know how others are having issues with it. I bought this on a recommendation from a friend who said she did follow the instructions and “seasoned” it and she said for her, even after “seasoning” it’s totally non-stick.

They are absolutely non-stick. Metal utensils have no impact on them and extremely low maintenance. Follow the break-in directions.

These are horrible. They came with seasoning instructions, even though on the commercial it says no seasoning necessary. I went through the process anyway. With every use so far, just cooking some basic eggs, and coating the pan well with oil, it still sticks. Ruins eggs every time. These are horrible, save your money It’s funny that in the commercials it says you can use metal on these pans because it will not scratch, but on their website it says don’t use metal because it will scratch. Also comes with seasoning instructions, but on the website says no seasoning necessary.

Looks great and well made. However, I expected the 12" pan to be 12" on the bottom, not 11" on top and 7" at the bottom. I continue to use my old stainless.

Pans do exactly as advertised. Very good value and quality.

The titanium coating scratches off rather easily.
