Q: Is there sulfa in this?

Not that I am aware of -- I'm allergic to Sulfa so I think I would know by now.

Q: Can anyone say wat hpens to the excessive water, if u dont go to bathroom regular , does it dry up into something else or somewhere? Still concern.

If you have problems with edema, swelling is the result; thus, a diuretic theoretically might help with the swelling. Always consult with your doctor.

Q: How long before you should see results

I saw results the first day. I have been taking it now for two months and it really works for the swelling in my ankles.
